NDAS
The World
The NDAS takes place in a semi-realistic world that incorporates fantasy elements where ever the NDAGang chooses to go. While aspects of BakaUSA and Paths Unguided appear in the series, the NDA has a setting of its own. The original story lines of the characters are generally ignored, although there are a few instances where something will be mentioned by one of the characters that may refer to their own plot line.
Races
Mermaids/Mermen - Appear in the NDACII. The meres live in a large castle and city in the ocean next to the uncharted island the NDAGang find themselves stranded on. Throughout the story the meres are the antagonists, and the heroes end up clashing with them. Once they have been defeated it is believed the meres and heroes come to some sort of understanding.
Minotaurs - Appears in the NDACS. A single minotaur appears as an antagonist in Wave's maze, but quickly quits the Villain business after being defeated by the NDAGang.
Rock Villagers - Originates from the NDACII. The Rock Villagers are a race of people made out of stone and taken over by the mere-queen, forced to do the merefolk's bidding if they want the villagers taken hostage to be left alive.
Wataame - First appears in the NDACT. Wataame are small, furry creatures that live in a secluded part of the forest. Although they do not posses human intelligence, they are very smart and are able to survive harsh environments.
Bubble Creatures - First appears in the NDAC, but continues showing up in other parts of the series. Bubble creatures are animal-like beings that appear to be made out of rubbery bubbles. Nataka has a way with them, but the rest of the group preferred to leave them alone. An instance in the NDACII reveals that bubble creature are in fact edible, much to Nataka's dismay.
Cameos
There are various instances when Vince from BakaUSA appears in panels of the comics. He is the ice-cream salesman and arcade staff in the NDAC, and he is pictured on the side of a crashed airplane in the NDACII.
Ryan the Hobo, a semi-realistic character based off of someone both authors know, appeared in a comment made by Nataka in the NDACS.
There are two short instances in the NDAC where Harry Potter characters appear in the background of the comic. Harry Potter belongs to J.K. Rowling, we have made no money off of this so far, and if we ever chose to do so these appearances will probably be removed.
There is also an appearance of Link from Zelda in one comic in the NDAC, another scenario where the character didn't belong to us.
